  23. I tried installing it on my 2000 and it trashed my hard disk. To be fair I 
  24. think it was due for a trashing anyway, as I suspect it was a bit flaky 
  25. anyway. Sadly I never persisted with it, as it took me so long to 
  26. re-install everything on the disk.

  28. My advice would be to have Disksalv handy on a floppy before you do it, in 
  29. case it wasn't my machine's fault. Anything that uses the technology in a 
  30. mildly unconvnetional way has got to be a hazard. (Surely that should be in 
  31. the Murphy's Law file?)  :?)
